An employee whistleblower who accused Sempra Energy of bribing Mexican officials hit the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with a California suit last month seeking documents related to the Sempra investigation, arguing that outsourcing investigations to law firms Baker & McKenzie and Jones Day made a "mockery" of justice....
