NJ Sues Investment Firm for $12M Securities Fraud

   A Jersey City, N.J.-based investment firm and its executives fraudulently sold $12 million in securities and overstated their fund's value to pump up management fees and hide losses, New Jersey authorities allege in a civil suit filed Tuesday.
